Need to get in touch with Betting Not On Gamstop? This page explains what we can help with, what to include in a message, and where to go instead if your question is really for a bookmaker, a regulator or a support charity. We are an independent information site, not a betting operator, so we cannot see or change anyone's account.
Disclosure: we may earn commission if you join a bookmaker through links on this site. Commission does not decide how operators are ranked or what we say about them. Details are on our About Us page.
What we can help with
Our team researches and reviews betting sites that are not on GamStop for readers in Great Britain and the wider UK. You are welcome to contact us about:
- Corrections: an offer, term, payment method or fact on a page that looks out of date or wrong.
- Review feedback: something you think we missed about a bookmaker's terms, such as wagering requirements, withdrawal limits or verification checks.
- Content suggestions: a topic, sport or betting feature you would like explained, such as each-way betting, price boosts or cash-out.
- Partnership and press enquiries: business questions about the site itself.
- Privacy or site queries: questions about how the site works. Our Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using it.
What we cannot do
It helps to know this before you write, because it saves you time.
- We cannot release, speed up or reverse a withdrawal. Only the bookmaker can do that.
- We cannot settle a bet dispute or act as a regulator.
- We cannot recover lost funds or promise any outcome from a complaint.
- We cannot give personalised financial or gambling advice.
If your problem is with a bookmaker
Most messages we could not answer are about payouts or accounts. This order usually works best:
- Gather your account email, username, bet or transaction references and dates, and screenshots of any messages.
- Contact the bookmaker's customer support first, using live chat or email so you have a written record.
- If the reply is unsatisfactory, use the operator's formal complaints procedure. Check its terms for how long it says it will take to respond.
- Look at the licence the site displays. The body named there, if any, may offer a dispute route. Verify this on the regulator's own website rather than trusting a badge alone.
Be aware that sites not on GamStop are generally licensed outside Great Britain. They are not covered by UK Gambling Commission rules for British customers, so the protections and dispute routes you would expect from a GB-licensed bookmaker may not apply. Accepting British customers is not the same as being authorised to serve them under GB rules.
What to include in your message
- The page address you are asking about.
- The bookmaker name and what you saw, or what you think is wrong.
- The date you saw it. Offers and terms change, and our information was last checked on 1 October 2026.
- A way to reply to you. Please never send passwords, full card numbers or identity documents.
Response times
We do not publish a guaranteed reply time or support hours. We read corrections and factual concerns first. Not every message will get a personal answer, but accurate reports help us keep reviews reliable.
Support if gambling is causing you harm
If betting is affecting your finances, mood or relationships, please talk to someone independent. In Great Britain, GamCare runs the National Gambling Helpline (0808 8020 133) and online chat. GAMSTOP offers free self-exclusion from GB-licensed operators, and it does not cover sites licensed elsewhere. Blocking software, deposit limits and loss limits can add extra protection. Our Responsible Gambling page explains these tools.
You must be 18 or over to gamble. Gambling is not a way to earn income or solve money problems, and no site can guarantee withdrawals or winnings.

If you came here to compare options, our non GamStop casinos guide covers the casino side, and the ranked list on this site shows the current bookmaker selection. Offers shown there are bookmaker advertising, so read each operator's terms before you deposit.
